You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, nor attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, nor transmit harmful or infringing content.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including its designs and software, are owned by Aqlo. No part may be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written permission.

6. Termination

The platform may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or misuse the service, reserving all rights to take any lawful action it deems necessary.

7. Changes to the Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
